Ms. Navneet Kaur

Ms Navneet is a licensed clinical psychologist and psychotherapist. She has successfully completed her M.Phil. in Clinical psychology (RCI ) from Government Medical College & Hospital, Chandigarh.Her area of work has been quite diverse. She has also conducted various workshops for parents & teachers on adolescent mental health issues & intervention strategies. In clinical practice, she delivers evidence based therapies to clients with a wide range of emotional, behavioral & adjustment problems such as anxiety, stress, depression, sexual difficulties, OCD, alcohol / drugs addiction, self-harm behaviors, suicidal thoughts, interpersonal / marital discord etc. All in all, she works with her clients with the intent of facilitating them to achieve a greater understanding of their thoughts, behaviors, feelings & redirecting them into turning their maladaptive patterns into adaptive & productive ones.
