Ms. Amola Bansal (she/her) is a warm and compassionate psychologist with over 3 years of experience supporting individuals who feel overwhelmed by anxiety, emotional distress, trauma, and relationship struggles. She works with clients who may feel stuck in overthinking, fear, self-doubt, emotional exhaustion, or the impact of past experiences that continue to feel heavy in the present.Her approach is gentle, trauma-informed, and flexible, with a strong belief that healing happens best when a person feels safe, understood, and not rushed. Amola integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness practices, and client-centered care to help clients regulate anxiety, build emotional safety, and reconnect with themselves at a pace that feels comfortable.She has also worked as a Tele-MANAS Counselor under the National Health Mission at IMHH, Agra, where she provided emotional support to individuals experiencing acute anxiety, panic, distress, and emotional crises. I have been consulting Miss Amola since three years for GAD. Never have I felt uncared for, unheard or left hanging by a thread. She has an amazing calming energy and makes difficult things feel extremely easy to deal with. I am doing much better and unlike other specialists, she will not force you to keep taking sessions unless you need them. Highly recommended!
