My 4 year old son was having cough from almost a month. Someone suggested me Dr. Mitali Agarwal. My appointment was on Saturday however I got a call from Dr. Mitali herself that she don’t take appointments on Saturday and it was an error from Practo. This is first sign of responsibly that herself called for this confusion.
On the day of meeting, she understand the entire issue so well and prescribed the medicines. She also gave general tips. Overall it’s amazing to see such a good doctors who take care of patients as their responsibility.

I waited for 30 mins despite an appointment. Doctor was in great hurry, she prescribed medicine and x ray. X ray was done within 15 mins and I had to literally run after the doctor as she had left the chambers, to show the x ray. Without even seeing the x ray she diagnosed that “there is no problem”.
Absolutely disappointed.

She listened to me very patiently and then recommended a blood test and a 6minutes walk test which I have done and sent the report . She then guided me how to take the inhaler by sending a video , she gave me quality time in spite of her being so busy . I have sent my report to her and waiting for her to send me a prescription if at all necessary Thanks Dr Mitali Agarwal !

She gives such a detailed and thorough consultation making sure every detail about technique of treatment is clear to the patient and attendent. Some very simple but important steps for using inhaler with spacer were explained and the patient trained by her which made such a difference in effectivness of treatment.

Horrible experience. I visited Dr Mitali Bharat Agarwal as I was having intense cough and intermittent low grade fever. Alongwith other medicines, I was advised Medrol 48 mg/ day for one month. *** ****** ***** ********* *** ****** **** * **** **** ** ******** *** * ****** I wanted to share some of the treatment I have been taking and my problems too. She advised HRCT lungs. Before I could proceed for the examination, she said you have ILD (Interstitial Lung Disease). Then she said you have Covid. After the examination she made me sit at a distance and said I'm pregnant, you've exposed me, and didn't listen to me. All my reports are negative for ILD and Covid. I and my family visit Max Hospital for all my health problems. The doctors and support staff are excellent. This is the first horrible experience.
