Dr. Meenakshi Goel is a remarkable psychologist, she has been a safe harbor for me during the most turbulent times of my life.Just like a 'guiding light'- she helped me come out of the worse phase of my life and thanks to her insightful approach with the way she held family sessions as well, I feel so much better and have grown more closer to my family members and friends than before. It changed my whole perspectives regarding life. Earlier I only used to give primacy to the targets and achievements, considering my ambitious nature even if it was at the stake of my mental health. But through ongoing therapy sessions with her I have realised and engraved this in my mind that "both physical and mental well- being is equally paramount and must never be compromised with each other". Albeit my body used to give me early warning signs- such as strain in the jawline, rapid heart rate, loss of appetite and body chills followed with anxiety issues that amplified my 'mental health' even more which I ignored at first and later on "it led me to visit multiple doctors that made me wonder what's wrong with me".

I was able to share my problems with Dr. Meenakshi without any hesitation because of her nature and comfort zone that she provides to let out things freely. Also, she had listened to me throughout the session and rephrased the issues for better understanding. She suggested me to address the issues which are creating stress and anxiety by reappearing. She had advised me some activities to do on daily basis and suggested some good reads as well. Overall it was a good experience and I am looking forward to take more sessions.
