Both doctors showcased commendable coordination, working seamlessly as a team. Their synergy was evident — they complemented each other perfectly, with absolutely no communication gaps. The surgery was executed smoothly and efficiently, making me feel completely at ease.

A special thanks to Mr. Saurabh Tiwari the coordinator, who managed everything with great care. His consistent follow-up and smooth handling of hospital formalities like room arrangements, paperwork, and form filling were exceptional. His customer service made me feel less like a patient and more like a guest.

The entire hospital staff was courteous and professional. The nurses were well-trained, explained each procedure beforehand, and maintained a high standard of hygiene throughout. The hospital environment was extremely clean and comforting.

Dr. Mayank took time to thoroughly explain the entire robotic surgery process in advance, which helped reduce all my anxiety. I underwent the surgery on the 7th of this month, and I’m happy to share that I’ve resumed work today — feeling healthy and fully recovered.

What impressed me most was the clear 6-week diet plan and precise medication schedule provided on paper, along with detailed instructions. This level of detail helped me manage my post-surgery care without any confusion.

I visited Dr Mayank at CK Birla Hospital Gurgaon for my father's hernia surgery on 20 September 2021.

Dr Mayank Madan is an experienced surgeon, he explained the whole treatment process in detail and answered all our doubts. ** ** *** **** ************ ******* ** ********

The whole process in hospital was really smooth, his coordinator Saurabh Tiwari is really nice and helpful person and fast forwarded the whole process from first consultation to surgery in just 3 days time.

He often visited/ followed up with us during and post hospitalisation.

My father discharged in just one day with all medical problems resolved.

Hospital nursing staff were really caring and all covid protocols were followed in hospital. Food was great in the canteen and cafeteria.

There were frequent visits made by dietitian and Dr Saurabh who is **** ************* *** caring. He explained pre surgery and post surgery expectations and guided us well.

Hii I want to share my experience with Dr Mayank Madan at CK Birla Hospital, Gurgaon. Earlier I have taken treatment for hemmorhoids from so many doctors but never get satisfied with the treatment, then one of my friend suggested me to meet Dr Mayank once. So, finally I visited CK Birla Hospital for consultation. All the staffs are very polite and helpful. They asked me to wait for 5-10 minutes for my turn and I have been consulted within 10 minutes. Dr Mayank Madan behavior is very polite and gentle, he allowed me to describe my problem with him and after assessment he prescribed few medicines and explained me in detail further steps which I need to take to cure my disease. I have started taking medicines and started doing all the thing which doctor explained to me. It is just 1 week now, I am happy and confident that my quality of life has started improving. I feel relaxed and started focusing on my work again which was compromised due to illness. I will definitely recommend Dr Mayank Madan to all my family members, friends and to my known ones. I am fully satisfied with the treatment. Thank you CK Birla team for helping me out.

First of all BP, Height & Weight checked was not monitored by the nurses at the nurse station, as they were all too busy attending 3/4 patients at one time. Not even written as a record on the bill/sheet that they’re supposed to do. The doctor seemed too busy ( with another man standing and waiting for the doctor in the room during our discussion; he escorted him out immediately after our discussion), who didn’t even have time to write a prescription/advice. It’s funny to hear a doctor saying that actually there’s no proper cure to the problem (I complained about). All I need to do is to take Crocin when the pain is extreme ( I mentioned that the pain is lingering and I’m suffering since last 5/6 months).

It’s a very annoying visit and I would want to know the following:

1. Doesn’t a doctor provide a prescription/advice to the patient after a problem is discussed? How do I follow up the case next time with another doctor since I don’t have a record of today’s consultation? (the duration of the consultation/discussion was barely 2 minutes- FYI)

2. Is there really no solution to the problem I have but to bear with it?

3. Why does another unknown person need to be present in the room when a patient is consulting with the doctor? Aren’t the nurse and the doctor enough for the discussion?

4. I understand that a doctor has to rush for emergencies at any given point of time. Then the patient can be informed accordingly so that the patient can opt to wait for the doctor to get free for a proper discussion.

5. Is recording of pressure, weight and height done as an eyewash or is it a mandatory step before any form of consultation/treatment? The nurses at the nurse station didn’t even bother to check the record. They merely tied the BP monitor belt and removed when I reminded them to do so as they were busy attending 3/4 other patients at the station. They asked me to get my weight measured but didn’t even see the record. Nothing was penned on the bill/record sheet as per norm as no one took a note of the readings.

The entire episode was extremely disappointing and unprofessional.

The moment you meet Dr. Mayank Madan you get the vibe that you are in safe hands. I visited him at Pratiksha hospital in August 2017 for Hernia problem of my Dad. He gave ample time during consultation and answered all our questions patiently. He conducted surgery to correct the same.He is not only good in his job as a medical professional but at the same time he is an absolute gem of a person.
