Since the day I met Dr. Leon, she has been making minimal changes in my daily diet to initiate weight loss. All her advices and diet modifications are easy to follow. She started with a hormone reset diet which laster for 28 days. I was amazed at the pace at which I had started losing weight after she advised 6-8 meals in a day. I am really happy with the results. Apart from losing significant weight, I don't have headaches or bloating problems too, which was common earlier and my PCOD symptoms have also been at bay. I would like to thank Dr. Leon for all her help and guidance. I strongly recommend her for weight loss especially for women having PCOD.

I was worried about how to reduce weight in a short span because where I work they told me to reduce weight as soon as it's possible. For me it was not possible at all I tried many different methodology but couldn't got succeeded.

Soon after I got her number I called and visited her.
She was so friendly and take all the information required, after that she gave a diet chart to followed.

A pleasant young lady, very patiently listened to all my concerns. *** *** **** ******** **** *** ****** *** explained to me the importance of modifying diet and lifestyle to manage diabetes. Being 56, it is difficult for me to change my habits, however she made very basic changes in my daily routine which were very easy to follow and maintain and is helping me keep my sugar levels in control. Yes, Dr. is very friendly. Her scientific approach was very convincing and immediately I started following the basic recommendations (not to eat cooked and uncooked food together, which I was aware of but never followed) from the next day onwards. She even shared a source of non-packaged CHAKKI ATTA with mix grains, which was helpful 3 appointments in a month is definitely worth as I was able to review and discuss with her the pros and cons of the diet prescribed by her

I decided to see Leon out of curiosity, I wanted to know more about how eating right could help me improve my day to day life and also help with my erratic back-pains.
I have been on the program for over a month and I am absolutely loving it.
