It is said that talking to someone helps. If it is a doctor all the more better. Dr. Kshama was that person for me. Since I was not in a state of depression, but on the verge, it took her just one session, a 2 and 1/2 hour long one though, to listen and listen and advise me. The next morning was like a fresh start for me and all my thoughts feel sorted and I can process my emotions and control my thoughts better. She is worth every penny that the hospital charged. I honestly HIGHLY RECOMMEND her. Do not expect miracles, just talk to her with an open mind and talk your heart out. She does not offer you any bookish advice. She very carefully takes your personality and situation in family and society into consideration before offering a way out of the mind mess. Believe me, just find the guts to go. She helps!
