I visited Dr. Kritika for an ankle injury and I’m so glad I did. She took the time to understand my problem, explained the recovery process clearly, and guided me through exercises that were easy to follow but effective. What I really appreciated was her patience and encouragement during each session—it made the whole process much less stressful. My ankle has improved a lot, and I feel much more confident now. I’d happily recommend her to anyone looking for a caring and skilled physiotherapist.

I visited Painsmith clinic for back pain and Dr. Kritika was very helpful. She suggested the right treatment and never pushed for additional sessions. She was very patient in explaining the precautions to be taken and also very patiently listened to my concerns as well. I have taken one session of physio for back pain and my pain subsided within a couple of days. I found her to be very polite, professional and helpful. Dr Kritika visits my mother at home for knee pain Physiotherapy.

She brings Ultrasound machine, IFT machine and exercise equipments like theraband and dumbbells to our home.

She has reasonable fees and gives proper time to my mother.

The best thing I like about her is the dedication towards work.

Dr. Vashisht is an exceptional physiotherapist. Fairly young in age she is very good with her patients and incorporates advanced technologies in her treatments . I consulted Ms. Kritika on 2 separate occasions, once regarding knee pain and the other regarding sciatic nerve related pain. She kindly explained to me the possible causes and performed various treatments like IFT, Ultrasound, Cupping and Needling therapies based on issue/intensity and also suggested stretches/exercises to help alleviate the same.
