I visited Dr. Kritika for an ankle injury and I’m so glad I did. She took the time to understand my problem, explained the recovery process clearly, and guided me through exercises that were easy to follow but effective. What I really appreciated was her patience and encouragement during each session—it made the whole process much less stressful. My ankle has improved a lot, and I feel much more confident now. I visited Painsmith clinic for back pain and Dr. Kritika was very helpful. She suggested the right treatment and never pushed for additional sessions. She was very patient in explaining the precautions to be taken and also very patiently listened to my concerns as well. I have taken one session of physio for back pain and my pain subsided within a couple of days. I found her to be very polite, professional and helpful. Highly recommended if you are looking for physiotherapy sessions.
