Dr Jyoti Singh is a seasoned mental health professional currently serving as the Lead – Psychological Services at Sukoon Healthcare, Delhi NCR. With over 14 years of clinical experience, she has previously worked as a Senior Consultant Clinical Psychologist with reputed institutions including Fortis Healthcare, Amaha Health, MANAS, IHBAS and VIMHANS.She specializes in a wide range of psychotherapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Behavior Therapy (BT), Couple Therapy, Motivational Enhancement Therapy (MET), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).Dr. Singh completed her Bachelor’s degree from Lucknow University, followed by a Master’s degree from the University of Delhi (North Campus). She further pursued her M.Phil. in Clinical Psychology from IHBAS, Delhi, and Ph.D. In Clinical Psychology from IIS University, Jaipur. Her thesis topic was on Postpartum depression. In addition to her clinical work, she has over two years of teaching experience as an Assistant Professor in Clinical Psychology.
