Ms. Janvi

Ms. Janvi is a trained Clinical Psychologist working with children, adolescents, and adults, offering psychotherapy and psychological assessments in a supportive and ethical manner. She completed her M.Phil in Clinical Psychology from Shyam University (2025) and follows an evidence-based, empathetic, and developmentally appropriate approach to mental health care. She currently practices at Maarga Mindcare, Sushant Lok III, Gurgaon, where she works as part of a multidisciplinary mental health team under professional supervision.Ms. Janvi provides psychotherapy using Supportive Psychotherapy, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT – basic interventions), Behaviour Therapy techniques, Emotional Regulation strategies, Stress-management techniques, Coping-skills training, Psychoeducation, and play-based and age-appropriate therapeutic interventions for children and adolescents, along with guidance for parents and caregivers.She is also trained in administering and assisting with psychometric and psychological assessments, including Intelligence Testing (IQ tests), Child Behaviour Checklists (CBCL), Conners’ Rating Scales, ADHD screening tools, Learning Difficulty screening tools, Depression and Anxiety Scales (BDI, BAI, HAM-A/HAM-D), Stress Scales, Personality screening tools, and Clinical Interviews, with structured reporting and feedback under supervision.Her areas of work include child and adolescent emotional and behavioural concerns, attention and learning difficulties, anxiety and stress, mood-related concerns, adjustment issues, self-esteem difficulties, interpersonal problems, emotional regulation issues, and general psychological wellbeing in both adolescents and adults.
