Dr. Garima Saxena

I had visited Dr. Garima predominantly for an issue with neck and shoulder pain. Irritation was another issue that i reported. It was great experience meeting her. She understood the issue clearly and has prescribed massage treatment for the issue. I have been using it for a week now and feel better already. In fact she also helped me understand why and how the cervical issue itself is leading to irritability. I am quite happy with my experience and would recommend her to anyone facing similar issues.

ON 26TH JUNE I WAS GOING TO MY FAMILY PHYSICIAN DR. TRD PATRO WHO SITS ON 8TH FLOOR OF THE ARCADIA BUILDING NEAR SOUTH CITY 2. WHEN THE LIFT CAME AT FLOOR 0 , I TRIED TO RUSH IN THE LIFT, BUT AS I AM HAVING PD, I STAGGERED WITH MY WALKING STICK AND WITH GREAT DIFFICULTY I BOARDED THE LIFT. DR GARIMA , WHO WAS ONE OF THE PASSENGER IN THE LIFT, TRIED TO HELP ME IN GETTING INSIDE THE LIFT BY TELLING OTHER PASSENGERS TO GIVE SPACE FOR ME TO GET IN.

I SAID THANKS TO DR GARIMA .SHE TOLD ME THAT SHE WAS PRACTICING DOCTOR AND FOR THIS PROBLEM , IF I WANTED , COULD MEET HER ANY TIME.

I TOOK APPOINTMENT AND MET HER ON VERY NEXT DAY I.E. 27.6.2017.

AFTER THAT I WAS IMPRESSED BY HER TALKS AND THE METHOD WHICH SHE USES TO EXPLAIN THINGS, WERE VERY SIMPLE TO LEARN.

FROM THAT DAY I AM FOLLOWING HER ADVICE.SHE TOLD ME TO MAKE A BIG DIFFERENCE IN THE SYMPTOMS OF PD IN THREE WEEKS TIME.ONE WEEK IS ALREADY OVER AND AM FEELING CONFIDENCE IN ME TO FIGHT THE PD. LET US WAIT AND SEE AFTER TREE WEEKS.

BUT THE WAY SHE TREATS HER PATIENTS IS PRAISEWORTHY.

She's always happy to listen and suggests effective lifestyle ; diet and ayurvedic therapies. Therapists and staff is cooperative ; experienced and professionally sound.

I've been looked after well and would recommend this center.

The doctor is friendly and well spoken

I took more than 5 hypnotherapy sessions but no improvement. Hypnotherapy doesn’t really work.

Visited to doctor for mother's vertigo and tinnitus problem. Doctor suggested a lot of exercises and therapy and medicines. I took her package of 14 days which cost me a lot. However, after first day of the treatment, the doctor went out of town and was present for the rest of treatment period. Only helper did whatever she could on her own. Doctor never advised and provided any assistance overall and just provided more and more medicines. ** ****** *** *** *** *** ****** ** *** **** ***** ** **** ****** Overall, a horrible experience and would not recommend.

Great experience . I barely waited to be helped when I checked in. The staff and Dr. Garima were all very friendly and helpful. I especially loved how Dr. Garima really took her time to explain my conditions with me as well as my treatment options. I had a great visit and I started feeling better the same day, so I highly recommend visiting the clinic(Sukhayubhava Holistic Ayurveda & Panchakarma)

I have been suffering from IBS for the last 10 years. Constipation/diarrhea/frequent bowel moments have been my everyday story for me. After trying Ayurveda along with meditation as suggested by Dr. Garima, I have been seeing very positive results. The stress level has improved a lot. I am very hopeful that I will become normal again. Thanks to Dr. Garima.

Dr Garima is a friend and a colleague. She is a holistic doctor and above all a wonderful human being. Her deep understanding of Ayurveda alongwith Hypnotherapy helps to heal the issues from the root. I would highly recommend her for her professionalism yet humanistic approach towards the issue.
