Ms. Gargi Diwakar

I am Gargi Diwakar, an RCI-licensed Clinical Psychologist with experience in supporting children and adults through a diverse range of clinical and non-clinical concerns. My clinical practice is dedicated to supporting individuals navigating a wide spectrum of emotional, behavioural, and neurocognitive concerns including mood disorders, anxiety, OCD, and substance use disorders as well as those facing interpersonal difficulties, workplace stress, and relationship challenges.I am extensively trained in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), which allows me to provide structured, evidence-based care within a compassionate framework. In addition to therapy, I specialize in conducting comprehensive psychometric assessments for Personality, ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Intellectual Disability (ID), and Specific Learning Disabilities (SLD).Dedicated to valuing diversity and the unique nature of every individual's journey, I strive to create a safe space for exploration. My ultimate goal is to empower the individual to build resilience and gain the self-understanding necessary for lasting well-being.
