Ms. Esha Mehta is a Clinical Psychologist with over 10 years of experience. She runs her Counselling and Wellness centre by the name of I-Connect in East Patel nagar, New Delhi. She completed her Bachelors in psychology from Jesus and Mary College Delhi University and Masters in Clinical Psychology from AMITY University, Noida. She further was trained as a Clinical Hypnotherapist at American Institute of Clinical Hypnosis, California, USA .Trained under the able guidance of Senior consultant psychiatrist Dr. Sandeep Vohra at Apollo Hospitals for 2 years, Ms. Esha Mehta has worked actively with patients suffering from psychiatric DISORDERS AT Vohra Neuropsychiatric clinic for 3 years. She has also worked as a school psychologist at D.P.S Vasant Kunj, New Delhi for 5 years and Shiv Nadar School, Gurgaon for 7 months. She has helped students deal with various emotional and behavioural problems there. She works with organizations , teams, families, couples and individuals to foster improved communication and solution based strategies that allow positive outcome for many.
