I had been suffering from severe back pain since July 2023 and consulted multiple allopathic doctors, physiotherapists, and Ayurvedic practitioners without any relief. My condition worsened to the point where I couldn’t sit for more than a few minutes and even lost 8 kg due to stress and digestive issues.

I visited Era Ayurveda Clinic after finding it on Google. Dr. Era performed a detailed assessment and Pulse Diagnosis, identified Vata imbalance, and provided personalized medicines along with a clear diet plan. Within a month, I saw genuine improvement. She customized my treatment at every step, including specific medicines for my digestion. Later, Panchakarma and Pranayama further helped my recovery.

Today, my back pain and stomach issues are about 70% improved, and I feel much better overall. The clinic environment is soothing, and the staff*especially Joseph*is very professional.

I highly recommend Dr. Era for anyone seeking effective Ayurvedic treatment.

I cannot speak to the validity of other reviews, whether they are paid or influenced. This is my honest opinion.

Pros:

The doctor is competent, and her prescribed medications are effective.

Cons:

a) They exclusively prescribe their own manufactured medications, which tend to be more expensive than those available from other reputable Ayurvedic manufacturers.

b) They have recently opened their own Ayurvedic massage center, and again, the doctor prescribes massages that are costly.

c) The prescriptions are only understandable by their receptionist, who consistently encourages patients to purchase their own medications. If you inquire about the names of the medicines listed on the prescription, they will not provide an answer.

Overall, she is a good doctor, and her medicines are effective. If you have a substantial budget, consulting her may be worthwhile.

Dr. Era Bakshi listened patiently to my concerns and provided clear, specific solutions. I am currently waiting to see how effective the prescribed 3-month medication course will be.

Dr Era listened to my health issues very intently n patiently . She examined n explained the reason n line of treatment. She calmed my nerves . Hv been under her treatment since mid- Jan...n feel absolutely rejuvenated . The clinic has a positive aura . Medicines are slightly higher priced but the gain in health makes it very trivial . I have been suffering from heavy bleeding during menses because of fibroids and uterine polyp. Many Doctors suggested to go for surgery but I wasn’t ready for it. I have been troubling with low haemoglobin levels, weakness for past 5 years. Now I am on Dr. Era’s ayurvedic treatment since last three months and my body is recovering at a very good pace. I visited doctor for my BP and Cholesterol problem. After taking treatment for 1.5 months my BP improved significantly and lipid profile also improved significantly. Very good result. Best part is that Doctor gives you ample time to understand your problem then gives you confidence that you will be good, just follow what Dr advice. Dr. Era Bakshi provides a holistic care to any ailment. My 5 yr old grand daughter had severe stomach pain that regular allopathic meds could not treat. Dr. Era took the needed time to understand the background of this pain, prescribed appropriate dosage of ayurvedic medication and followed up regularly until my grand daughter's stomach infection was totally cured.

My kids have tendency of frequent fever when ever there is change in weather. I hav ebeen going with allopathy medicines for years. During covid times I met Dr Era and during those days we were hearing whosoever was going to hospital, hight percentage of people were not surviving. When I had covid I came in contact with Dr Era, she reassured that I will be well and I took her medicines I had my oxygen level dipped to 68 and was panicking burlt Dr Era assurex it will get better. It took 10 days and I was out of covid with ayurvedic medicines. I gained confidence in ayurveda post that and it has been 2 years I have not touched allopathy medicines and my kids are cured with their fever in 1 days where as it took them 5 days earlier with allopathy medicines plus the frequency of th falling Ill due to change of weather has reduced drastically and I can see improvement in their immunity as well.
