Appointment was confirmed as per scheduled but Doctor was not available at clinic. This is highly unprofessional. My parents were waiting at Doctor’s clinic for almost 45 minutes but no one responded.
If doctor was not available at clinic, why appointment was confirmed. Not recommended.
