Dr. Vivek Nair greeted me warmly and listened patiently before giving proper treatment and medication. He discussed everything carefully and maintained good hygiene, which made the whole experience very positive. The clinic was clean, staff helpful, and the visit was well organized, though I felt the consultation fee could be a bit lower.
