The clinic was very hygienic, and both the staff and Dr. Vishesh Malhotra were polite and friendly. He was patient and thorough, asking relevant questions to understand my problem. I didn’t have to wait and would recommend him to others.

Dr Malhotra was suggested to me by one of my friends and gynaecology doctors who’s moved out of country. Ever since we’ve always consulted and referred him to anyone we know with ENT problem. Around 10-12 yrs ago my husband suffered with severe cough n cold throat infection and he started getting mucus out from his ears. That’s when my friend Dr. Jyoti referred us to go to him. Dr Malhotra took out puss off his ears, cleared his nose and prescribed medicine which we religiously followed. In a matter of days he recovered and never had issues like such ever again. Dr Vishesh is a highly experienced doctor, very patient and friendly. He listened to my issues very carefully and asked me specific questions to pinpoint the problem. He explained the treatment process clearly to me telling me what to expect in terms of any sensations of pain/discomfort during the process. I did not have to wait at all to see him and the treatment was also done very seamlessly and swiftly giving me immediate relief. The good thing is that he didn't limit himself to my ear problem - he examined my throat and nose too. As a result he diagnosed my snoring problem, explained the cause & effects of snoring including advent of sleep apnea and advised me about the actions I need to take without having to resort to surgery. Dr. Vishesh Malhotra is extremely professional, and very approachable. After my first appointment I called him over the phone to check something and he patiently resolved my concern. Another positive - he prescribed only a mild antibiotic good enough for my condition, along with other targeted medicines. I first went to him in extreme pain from an Allergic Reaction, and after 4 days when I visited him for my follow-up appointment - I was smiling. Extremely satisfied with his treatment. Never see Dr Vishesh Malhotra. We had gone for my moms wax removal to him. And the moment he gave the treatment and tried to pull out the wax, she half fainted and was crying in pain. He asked us to give her pain shot which we did. Blood was oozing out continuously. I even asked him if her ear drums are fine to which he said yes dont worry. This kind of symptom happens. Dr. Vishesh Malhotra is very experienced and gave me treatment that worked really well. The clinic was neat and clean, and the staff was courteous. Overall, it was a very comforting experience.

* *** **** ***** last week after making a surgery plan FESS with us he handed us ( The patient) totally over to another ENT surgeon for actual surgical operation. This is highly irregular.
