Dr. Vipul Rastogi

I am suffering from health anxiety from since I got covid in Delta wave. I have been to different Doctors about it but they don’t bother explaining why this is happening and what to expect when the anxiety episode occurs. I was on the verge of breakdown when I got in touch with Dr.Vipul. He was the first one to diagnose that I got the Health anxiety and what all are elevating it and what to ignore during the panic attack. That helped me control my episodes in a much much better way.

This is first time I was off meds for about three months where Dr Vipul made the attempt that I stay that way. Although my personal life circumstances made it difficult but I am making progress just because of him only.

I 100% recommend him. And yes there is no need to avoid medical help for your mental health

My mother, Madhuri, normally an active person mentally, had started to lead a very sedate life, with no interest in work or anything else. Dr. Vipul helped her regain her confidence as well as zest for life through a combination of medicines and some valuable advice. He was very patient when listening to her issues and not for once did we feel that he was trying to increase the length of treatment without any reason. I’m glad to have found a doctor like him in the first visit itself, didn’t need to get an opinion from another specialist. He took his time to explain my symptoms, didn’t rush me out. Gave good examples with theory that were relatable. As opposed to the view of psychiatrists just prescribing medicines for the sake of it, he actually said I didn’t need any (but still said I could take an SOS pill), emphasised on the therapy prescribed.

I had a productive and positive interaction with Dr. Rastogi. He told me why he was prescribing the medicine and its potential benefits as well as the long term effects. He also gave me advice on a more well-rounded treatment plan. I will be following up with him for as long as needed.

I would recommend that anyone going through mental health concerns and/or who has had not-so-great experiences with other psychiatrists and antidepressants should consult Dr. Rastogi once.

I have no words to say thank you to Dr. Vipul because he took me out from the darkness of depression and anxiety. My life became terrible last year. I was roaming here and there for the good treatment but when I visited Dr Vipul, he got my problem and solved it within 6 months.

The doctor listened my problem very patiently. He suggested me to do some creative and pleasurable activities along with the medication. Very nice and intelligent doctor. I can proudly say that under Dr. Vipul Rastogi's treatment l am feeling much better and confident than before.
