I had an appointment with Dr. Vipul Goel at 10 AM. The clinic's ambience was perfect, starting with Hanuman Chalisa, and I was offered water. The doctor professionally examined my jaw and took X-rays. I was called back at 12:30 PM for bridge removal, which took about 1.5 hours. I appreciated the doctor's amicable approach and hands-on work. The staff were helpful, and I felt the treatment was worth the cost. Overall, my experience was very favorable.

This time, treatment given is not proper. The screw and tooth was fixed by Assistant lady doctor, instead of Dr Goel himself. After refixing the screw and tooth, she also pasted some cement on it. She told me not to have anything for half an hour. It's very unfortunate and surprised to see that most of the cement she pasted, came out on very next day itself. In my opinion, the work should have been completed by Dr. Goel itself.
