Dr. Vinay Singh has served as President, IADVL Delhi Branch, and Vice President of National IADVL.Dr. Vinay Singh graduated from RNT Medical College, Udaipur, University of Rajasthan, and completed his MD from Gujarat University, Ahmedabad, where he was awarded the first position in the MD examination.
