During my consultation, Dr. Kapoor recommended a blood test, assuring me it would be handled promptly by his clinic. However, the lab technician informed me of a 1-hour wait. When I brought this to Dr. Kapoor's attention, he revised the estimate to 30 minutes. The report was ultimately delivered after over two hours. As someone struggling with high fever, body aches, and mobility issues, this experience was distressing. When I addressed my concerns with Dr. Kapoor, he responded with using informal and dismissive terms **** **** *** ****** Moreover, no cash receipt for consultation and blood test has been provided despite request.

The timing is a big problem for the doctor. If you are promised a particular time, be ready for delays. I was told the doctor will come at 11 am while my booking was for 10 am.

Very bad label that emergency service is there..no body cares how sick you are, how much you suffering.***** **** *** **** ** ***
