Dr. Verinder K Gupta was very humble and took the time to understand our concerns, explaining everything in detail. The clinic was clean, and the staff were polite. There was no wait time, and the doctor even waited for us when we were late. Overall, the consultation felt like good value for money.

Hi, I consulted Dr Gupta for my ear problem, he is a very friendly doctor, spent ample amount of time on me, he is very professional and and an expert in his field* *** ********* ** **** *** **** **** ********* *** ***** ** ******** ****** the environment of the clinic is very good, appointment was on time, the procedure done by him relieved me a lot, charges are reasonable not very expensive as the same thing costs way more in the big hospitals, he even helped me with my other health problem and I can truly say that consulting him has been very beneficial to me, I recommend him to all for any health problem, he is an expert with a lot experience which clearly shows, thanks sir

He does not listen properly during the consultation.

Unfortunately, my consultation was quite underwhelming. *** ******** ***** **** ******** * the instruments and overall clinic appeared old and not up to modern standards. **** ************* *** ****** ********* ** ******** ******** *** **** ******* * *** ************* ******* ** ******* ***** ******* ** ********* ********. I wouldn’t recommend this doctor to others seeking reliable and competent medical attention

I visited this clinic on the basis of Practo rating ***** *** ******* *** ** ****** *** **** *******My experience has been bad with this one and detailed explanation here would be either be censored or trimmed, so summing up in points:**** ** *** **** * ****** ********* ** ********** ******** **** ****** ** ** ** ********* ***** ******* ** **** ** ** ******* they’ll wait for the advance payment if you have a test/scanning etc *** ******** *** ** *** ***** *** *** ******* ******* *** * ***** ****** ** ******** * *** ******* **** ******** ***** *********3) The equipment would be hyped for being advanced and imported before screening and charges would be higher therefore. (Realisation would arrive later)

4) Doc is really impatient if you ask queries, *** *** *********** **** **** ******* ** ****** **** ***** ** *** ** **** ******

5) The receptionist cum assistant is an allrounder lady who’d handle the whole clinic and to my surprise will also explain your report to you **** *** *** **** ********* ** **** ********

6) The equipments being used weren’t sterilised properly that I realised when I saw ear wax on the nozzle of audiological machine (ear ultrasound device), and the ear torch BEFORE it was used for me, and it was confirmed once he kept it back the way it was. So things are being REUSED.

Recommended - Always go for a second opinion before undergoing any scanning or test immediately as advised. ***** ** ** ***** ** ****** ************ ** **** **** ***** ******* take time to evaluate and discuss with others for better alternatives or probably same services on lower charges.

This all is my personal experience and you’re more than welcome to ignore and have a first hand experience which I’d hope gets better after this feedback.

Also I’d like practo to be more real and transparent with the feedbacks it gets really annoying when you’re not expecting a 5 star doctor to behave like this.

Hello I'm Ritu, I was suffering from a long standing ear and nose disease, I went to consult in many places but got no relief, then I found Dr Gupta, ** ********* ** ************* *** **** ** * ******* ********* ***** *** **** **** ********** *** ********** **** **** ********* *** brought about a lot of relief, Dr Gupta s centre is well equipped with many facilities and I even got my daughter treated from him, he has been very kind and friendly, I would recommend all people to go to him from all your ENT problems* ** ********* ** *** ****

So I visited the doctor for my ear problem and he diagnosed me very well, he spent time on me *** ******* ** * ********* **** *** **** **** ********** I had pain since a week now and had consulted elsewhere also but got no relief. Dr Gupta on the first day itself got hold of the root cause of the disease and helped me get rid of it. He is very experienced and professional with his work.
