I was referred to Dr. Vandana Thakur by a satisfied client for guidance on weight loss, aligning my biological age with my actual age, adopting a healthier lifestyle, and increasing muscle mass while reducing body fat.
On August 31st, 2024, I had an appointment with both Dr. Vandana and Dr. Vishwas Thakur.
Consultation and Observations:
During my consultation with Dr. Vandana, she conducted a comprehensive analysis of my measurements, including weight, BMI, body fat percentage, visceral fat, muscle mass, metabolism, waistline, and biological age. It was clear that I needed to reduce fat and increase my protein intake. She advised me to take brisk walks for at least 30 minutes, both in the morning and evening, and provided tailored dietary guidance to achieve the right balance of proteins, fats, and carbohydrates, with updates given daily.

As of September 27th, 2024, I am pleased to say that these medications have effectively resolved my concerns, and I now feel energetic throughout the day.

Over the past 21 days, I have diligently followed the prescribed diet and exercise regimen. The results have been truly satisfying:
