As of September 27th, 2024, I am pleased to say that these medications have effectively resolved my concerns, and I now feel energetic throughout the day.

Over the past 21 days, I have diligently followed the prescribed diet and exercise regimen. The results have been truly satisfying:

1. Noticeable weight loss.

2. A significant reduction in my waistline

Reflections on the Journey:

Having completed this 21-day journey, I am committed to maintaining this diet and lifestyle for as long as possible to ensure a healthy future at 63 and beyond. I feel healthier overall, my dinners are now finished by 8 PM, and I enjoy restful sleep, waking up refreshed at 5:30 AM. Additionally, my earlier issues with constipation, bloating, acidity, and gastric discomfort have completely disappeared.

Much like how a car requires regular alignment and servicing, I now realize that my body also needs regular care and detoxification. Thanks to the guidance of Dr. Vandana Thakur, I feel realigned, revitalized, and healthier than ever.
