Happy with: Doctor friendlinessTreatment satisfactionValue for money
Great experience and satisfaction after meeting the specialist. They have the best lab for eye with latest world class machines for diagnosis. The team of doctors are excellent and very well read. Only after testing and findings they came with the exact conclusion and diagnose. ADEH is really an excellent centre for all ophthalmic related solutions under one roof. Cheers for the team..Best wishes and cheers.
Visited For Eye Checkup - Comprehensive
Hoped for better: Treatment satisfaction
****** ******* ******* *** **** ************* *** friendly but the problem was with the support staff. I had to get my eyes dilated for a retina check-up. I was given Homacid (Homatropine) which makes the eye remain dilated for much longer than needed for a routine exam. I later found out that Tropicamide would have suited my case much better. It has been 3 days and I am still reeling from having my pupils dilated wide and waiting for the effect of the drops to wear off. ******* ************
The support staff should know which drops to put under what circumstance. Tropicamide is okay for 2-3 hours. Homatropine is okay for several days worth of dilation. I now have to take a leave from work and avoid the sun as much as possible, which is not warranted at all.
Doctors at ADEH should be involved in guiding the staff about what to put in the eyes of patients.
