Dear sir/maam Long standing stones and delay in stone treatments can lead to chronic obstruction and persistent hydronephrosis . Every hydro Nephrosis does not require surgery and such hydronephrosis may not go away after a pyeloplasty also. We don’t know your details as of now. Will be happy to help if any urological issues.
