It was very good hospitality. ** ***** ****** ***** *** ***** *********** I had heard so much about Dr. Swati Pandey eye care but after my visit to it today I have realized that what I had heard was much less than what actually it is. I was amazed to see how energetic she is and as a Women she is so humble. I wish a long and healthy life so that he serves the community for many many years. Dr. Swati Pandey I fall short of words and adjectives to describe you- a wonderful surgeon and an equally wonderful women. Thank you Doctor.

Experience with the doctor has been highly satisfying. Our whole family has been visiting her since more than 3 years and will continue.

She is very friendly and patient during the course of whole examination.

But the state of the logistics and cleanliness at the hospital leaves more than desired. For OPD, they have started charging extra in the name of Corona care....100/- per patient. But the employee at the entry was busy with herself and was not bothered to pro-actively monitor the visitors. The eye frame in the doctor's office had a big bunch of hair hanging with it. The machine which is being used to examine the eyes, is not being sanitized after every use. The doctor though wears the PPE kit.

Hence, the extra charge is just to fill the coffers of the hospital without actually utilizing it for the intended purpose.

She is a great doctor specially for kids. I visited two doctors before her but left without check up due to my kids fear. But she handled my daughter so, well that she was relaxed and made my father check p fun.
