I earlier went to Dr Sudha Asokan with stiffness and acute pain in both my knees(specially right knee) and a stubbornly painful right ankle. What struck me about her was the way she instantly instills confidence as she is has experience and vast knowledge. She knows what you are experiencing before you can even finish with the introduction of what you are going through. She suggested a 28 day treatment but I payed only for a week as a trial. I must admit that not only does she supervise personally but even suggests fast track, with additional potli massage etc, depending on the attitude and response of the patient. By the third session the condition of my knees had improved and after the fourth session, I could walk fast. I took a break and went to the mountains and came back for the remaining three sessions. After completing seven sessions I could easily take a flight of stairs. Though my ankle had not recovered because there is apparently a problem of spur (growth of a bone), I decided to take a break and come back after seeing how long my knees shall do well. I can run now, if I choose to. I shall be returning for my ankle and weight loss therapy after I get a break from my professional world. Meanwhile I am taking my mother (82 years)to her who is suffering from acute cervical spondolitis. Tip: Be positive and relax. It all begins in the mind. Dr. Sudha Asokan’s presence is very calming, and her experience and knowledge are brilliant. She has a caring approach, and I felt safe in her hands. The clinic was clean, the staff were warm and friendly, and my concerns were listened to and explained well. The whole process was smooth with no long wait times.
