Dr. Sristi

Dr. Sristi is gem of a doctor and Pet Well Clinic is one stop shop for all your veterinary needs. We took our Neo (MaltiPoo) to Dr. Sristi when he had fractured his left hind limb. The whole process from assessment to surgery to post care was just so good and the whole staff of Pet Well Clinic has been so warm till date. We don’t go to any other vet clinic now for our furry baby. I express my gratitude to Dr. Sristi and her staff for professionalism and unprecedented affection towards all life forms. Thanks a ton again from the bottom of my heart. God bless her and her team for continuing doing the fabulous job that they have done so far.

My dog had pulled a muscle on 15th aug and was in great pain. On calling her up she advised me to give hot fomentation which eased the pain. I requested the doctor to check my dog once in the pet clinic. Being Independence Day she had other appointments and was not available at the clinic but she made time to visit the clinic to administer shots and injections just for my dog. I am overwhelmed with her positive attitudes and care for animals. She is one of a kind* *** **** **** * **** **** *******

Her staff were exceptionally well trained and very friendly, caring and professional, my dog was treated like a king during his long unfortunate illness.

One thing I would like to note Dr Sristi guided us on how to best look after my dog after recuperation with regards to what to eat, drink and what to avoid for his specific breed and health problems, I would like to highly recommend in addition to her veterinary skills the wonderful shampoo and blow dry given by Samsher one of her many assistants was beyond exceptional.

It was my first visit with my Pug(Pingu)... was running from pillar to post to just have him diagnosed for what looked like a muscular issue..The last Vet had put him on steroids(4 shots in the past 5 months) for suspected IVDD which was never the problem. Dr. Sristi only post getting his tests done confirmed a knee problem n a slight spondylitis. I am putting this feedback post waiting to see the results for her treatment. All I would say is that she is my Pug's Angel n if today he is feeling better it's all because of her. Now we know he is in safe hands n care n I was so happy that I Visited her.

We went for a new allergy our dog developed right after a bout of antibiotics (her list of food allergies has been growing after every round of antibiotics). She was itchy with a small rash and had severe acidity and gastric discomfort. The doctor confirmed it was an allergy and said it was a newly developed allergy. He said he would give her an anti allergy injection. Then without informing us he went on to give her an antibiotic injection. ****** ************ ********* *** * ******* ******* ******* **** *** **** ******** ** ****. Also, we had to ask him several times for a probiotic which he kept forgetting for some reason

Doctor have been absolutely good but problem started when she was not present.1. This was my 3rd time there, previous 2 times have been super good.2. This time the receptionist was different and she had no care.3. She was not able to see the registration as well hence did the entire process again.4. I have 3 cat babies (3.5 months old), and this was their 2nd vaccination. Dr. Srishti does it seemlessly where cats don't feel the pain, but this time it was not good. My cats were shouting, hissing like anything. Not sure if it was due to the junior doc or is it normal.5. My rating is only for the receptionist this time and the attitude at reception. Could have been more empathetic and caring

My pet sultan all of sudden started limping so we took him to dr Shristi. She did a through diagnosis and post the x ray we realised he has developer this problem. Dr Shristi throughly examined and suggests medication and in not time we see huge improvement in sultans health. His limping is almost nil and he is back to his naughty activity. I thank Dr Shristi for all the effort and which had brought back out happiness and smile. A big thank to you and congratulation for doing some great job.

During Vaccination, we were generally discussing about pet growth with Doctor and in mean time Lead Doctor came and said it is consultation and will be charged seperately. It is very unprofessional and rude behavior. Does it mean that one should keep Mum while he has gone for pet vaccinations?

Very rude and arrogant Doctor. Not recommended...

My pet copper was suffering from paralysis & was not able to walk, I took him to dr Sristi after Copper didn’t got satisfactory progress from my earlier vet. Dr Sristi is treating him for last 3 months & our efforts and dr Sristi’s efforts paid off, copper is almost back to normal now, Dr Sristi had been an angel for Copper. Me & my family best wishes are always with you Dr. Keep it up.

Dr. Sristi's diagnosis is always accurate and she provides excellent and effective treatment. Apart from medical treatment, her behavior is always warm and caring towards the pets. We have 6 dogs and we completely trust Dr. Sristi with their healthcare.
