Dr. Srilathaa Gunasekaran

Dr. Srilathaa is a Cornea, Cataract and Refractive surgeon trained from the prestigious All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) New Delhi and further specialised cornea observership program from Singapore National Eye Centre, Singapore. She has expertise in all kinds of corneal transplantation techniques – full thickness, lamellar, endothelial keratoplasties and keratoprosthesis. She has first hand experience in treating large number of corneal infections. Having performed large number of FemtoLASIK and ICL surgeries, she takes keen interest in providing safe and optimal refractive surgical solution for every eye. She has made many presentations at national and international conferences and has many publications to her credit. Her key areas of interest include cataract surgeries (adult and paediatric), refractive procedures Including LASIK And ICL implantation, corneal transplantation ( ALTK, DALK, DSAEK), management of keratoconus, stem cell procedures for ocular surface disease and keratoprosthesis.
