I went to the clinic after 7days of a kettlebell injury , thinking that the pain needs to receed a little before starting physiotherapy.

Upon arrival at the clinic the Dr explained the importance of starting physiotherapy right away rather than waiting for the pain to ebb , explaining that my recovery could have been faster with early intervention.

I was not familiar with that .

It's been a month now and I'm happy that my pain is 75% less .

Hoping to hit 100% soon .
