Doctor shuchi seemed us to be patient unfriendly,*** *** ***** *** *** ** *** **** ** ****** *** ** *** ********** * does not really has compassion towards patient & their problems.when i went to meet her she seemed to be in too much hurry for some reason,to her my condition may be a usual thing she might have dealt in her long experienced career, but to me my query & questions regarding my medical condotion were new, instead of expalining in detail about my condition, she suggested treatments & proceduresalong with rates for the same.we did chemical peel on her suggestion & assurance that it is a cmmon procedure & not to worry much but she neither asked us about any history of allergies or sensetivity which might be prevelant & did the procedure, ****** *** ******** ** **** ******* ******* * ****** ********* *** ** **** ************after this she said it normal & she asked to come back after 1 month.on the contrary my friend who accompanied me on my visit also did chemical peel and didn't got any skin peeling even after one week ,went to see her as she earlier said skin would come offf in next few days.when we reached her clinic next week.the compounder made us wait for long more than 1 hour, we saw all the patients who came after us & booked appointment after us were sent to meet doctor earlier than us.upon asking the compounder , why he isn't sending us to meet doctor, he told that Doctor hass asked to send new patients first & any follow up patients at last.so we waited long before meeting doctor.**** ** *** *** *** ****** ********* * said us beforrhand that we are becoming too impatient & why we are comming to see her every week,then she asked us to leave & be patient & meet her aftet 1month.I felt very bad & felt that doctor is too rude with patients. I would never recommend her to anyone .

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the wart removal treatment administered to me on September 2025.
I visited the clinic specifically for a wart removal treatment. Upon examination of the warts on my fingers, the dermatologist strongly recommended an injection treatment, citing a high success rate of 90-95% and a quick recovery time of 2 to 3 weeks, where the wart skin would automatically fall off. I proceeded with this treatment, paying ₹3000.
However, it has now been nearly three months since the injection, and I have observed absolutely no positive change; the treated warts did not turn blue-black as promised. ************ *** ********* *** ********* **** ** ***** ********** **** * ** ** The entire process has been a profoundly unsatisfactory of money and time, and the trust in the consultation has been completely eroded. This feedback is to ensure that others are aware of my experience and can make informed decisions.

Dr Singla did not spend any time trying to get background/history on my issue. She had a list of standard causes (high fat/carb diet, sweat etc.), which can be Googled and does not require a medical professional. None of those causes applied in my case. Which is why I was worried as well. I never the less kept interrupting and correcting her. Most doctors I've been to usually write down the symptoms on paper before making a diagnosis. This usually goes into the patient file. Dr Singla dished out a prescription instead. There is no record of any history or symptoms I shared with the doctor anywhere. I had read the reviews of before booking an appointment. I now realize that the ones that were responded to were those who had visited the Dr Singlas clinic and not Max hospital. I am going to see another doctor who can give me 10 mins of their time and a patient listening. The recommended medication may still be the same but atleast Id be satisfied that I wasn't given a cookie cutter prescription. Isn't that what doctors do?
