We all are going through tough times, while discussing with doctor on phone it was emotional breakdown and the way doctor made me comfortable and positive was just outstanding.

Due to COVID, I was asked to give advised injection myself which made me highly scared and I emotionally broke down. Within few seconds, doctor told me to arrange injection as he himself will be coming to give the injection. I have never seen or heard during this pandemic situation, any doctor even giving an option, but Dr. Shivam was highly courteous and drove half an hour to my place to give injection.

Was just rushing to a conclusion without even bothering for the history of present symptoms.Even when i tried to tell him about the initial symptoms experienced in last 2-3 days(like fever throat irritation and red rashes and then skin peeling off) which had occurred before the present symptoms ( lumps )appeared, he just interrupted on the first word 'Rashes' and did not even let me impart enough information required for correct treatment.He paid no attention to what i was saying *** **** ****** ** ** ****** ****** **** ** *** ** ********* ofcourse lump is not an allergy nd i never had used the word allergy.Till then all i had said was rash not allergy.gave treatment ******* ******* *** *********A painkiller and antibiotic

Dr. Shivam is a fine lsitener and patiently listened to my symptoms and issues. I had symptoms for anxiety and my body felt disblanced for months before visiting him & I was also hesistant to go to the doctor trying to avoid getting into unnecessary tests. To my good fortune, Shivam me explained me the root cause of the problems I was facing and also looked at all my old reports in detail. He did not prescribe me any unwanted tests or threaten me, a quality which is very rare in doctors these days. I have been taking his prescribed medication for over a month now and have recovered significantly. The best part is that Dr. Shivam is very helpful & is available to speak over phone if you have additional questions. Also, I was very clear about not being dependent on medicines & he did reduce my medication after 10 days, proving that I am able to sustain with minor medication & eventually no medication at all. Shivam's wit and sense of humour are feather on the cap.

I went to see him for a skin infection I had—most likely an insect bite. With time and wonderful experience Dr. Shivam has almost become our family doctor no matter what the problem is he always provides helpful medications along with suggestions, his medicines helps always on top of everything his friendly behavior and and honest advises makes us trust him even more. He is infact always available on call and whatsapp even after appointment for any support or help.

Dr. Shivam has been very supportive during my recovery from Covid. He provided me with his constant support by staying connected through calls, messages etc. He has been very approachable and was quick to respond back to any symptoms being faced by me. Since I stay away from family, he went out of his way to help me get to the right people for medicines and tests. Very grateful to him. Thank you so much Doctor.

Doctor called to cancel 5 mins before appointment, so we had to visit again later. After consultation, few tests were advised. He asked us to send him reports on whatsapp. We did so promptly, but doctor never replied. We called twice and left messages, but he never got back to us. So we will never be going back!
