I consulted Dr. Shiba for breathing issues of my mother, who is 67 years old. She was suffering from severe bronchitis and had severe breathing issues. I consulted him for my 87 yrs old grandfather for his cough, fever and blood in sputum. He very diligently examined him and wrote minimal tests. He prescribed few syrups an inhaler and two other medications. Grandfather showed improvement in three days. i recommend his opinion for respiratory illness. Besides a good physician a very humble person also.
