Felt Rushed and Uncomfortable During Consultation
I recently visited Dr.Sheilly for a consultation and, unfortunately, the experience left me quite dissatisfied. Despite having a confirmed appointment, I had to wait for over 30 minutes before being called in.
During the consultation, the doctor’s assistant was handling the computer and entering medicines into the prescription, **** ********** ********* ***** *** ****** *** ***** ********* ** ***** This made it difficult to feel confident about the final prescription, ** ** ****** ***** *** *** ****** *** ***** ******
**** * ***** ** ***** **** ***** ******** ********* ******** *** ****** *** *** ******* **** *** ******** *** ******** ** *** ********** *** *********** **** ******** ********** *** *************. I also noticed that the doctor seemed to be in a hurry, frequently checking the clock and ending the consultation rather abruptly by asking me to collect the prescription from the reception.
The entire consultation lasted barely 7–8 minutes, yet the consultation fee was ₹1800. I left feeling that my concerns weren’t properly heard or discussed.
I’m sharing this so that others know to ensure they get the time and clarity they need during their appointment. I genuinely hope the doctor and clinic take this feedback constructively to improve patient interaction and communication in future.
