During her Senior Residency at Safdarjung Hospital,she held an independent OPD, daily attending to 80-90 dermatology patients. She has been routinely performing skin biopsy (punch, elliptical), RF ablation (for corns, warts, moles, acrochordon etc.) chemical cautry, Intratesional injections (of steroids, cytotoxic drugs, sclerosing agents), Milia & MC extraction. She also performs other procedures like chemical peeling, sebaceous cyst excision, ingrown toenail surgery, cryocautry, dermabrasion, ear lobe repair, scar revisions for acne and other scars, punch grafting and split thickness skin grafting for vitiligo. Felt Rushed and Uncomfortable During Consultation
I recently visited Dr.Sheilly for a consultation and, unfortunately, the experience left me quite dissatisfied. Despite having a confirmed appointment, I had to wait for over 30 minutes before being called in.
During the consultation, the doctor’s assistant was handling the computer and entering medicines into the prescription, **** ********** ********* ***** *** ****** *** ***** ********* ** ***** This made it difficult to feel confident about the final prescription, ** ** ****** ***** *** *** ****** *** ***** ******

I also noticed that the doctor seemed to be in a hurry, frequently checking the clock and ending the consultation rather abruptly by asking me to collect the prescription from the reception.
The entire consultation lasted barely 7–8 minutes, yet the consultation fee was ₹1800. I left feeling that my concerns weren’t properly heard or discussed.
I’m sharing this so that others know to ensure they get the time and clarity they need during their appointment. I genuinely hope the doctor and clinic take this feedback constructively to improve patient interaction and communication in future.
**** ** ********** ******** I had an appointment with her at sharp 10:35am via video consultation which I had booked through Medanta app. I joined the zoom link at 10.20 itself. But even after waiting for 1 complete hour for this doctor she didnot turn up. Every 10minutes I received a text saying your consultation will start in 15mintes and it didnot. They neither respect their own time nor the time of the patient. It's highly unbelievable.
If i had the option of giving her stars in negative i would have. Despite having told her about my sensitive skin issue, she advised me an ointment ***** *** *** **** ******* ** ******* *** ******** ***** *** * **** ******** ******* ********* *** *** **** ******** *** *** ***** ** **** ** *** ******** *** ** ***** ** *** ******** ***** She either did not listen to me or was very busy in just speculating stuff herself that even on my patient card she wrote my problem as "acne". Even the prescription given was not appropriate like Ahaglow face wash is available in 3 different versions .. and she just mentioned ahaglow face wash. I had online video consultation with Dr. Sheilly Kapoor. The appointment was on time and she was very good with me. She heard all my medical history and my concern too, after that she had prescribed some medicine to continue. I could find the difference after taking that and I am completely satisfied with this doctor so I would like to recommend this doctor for my others also

She gave an appointment of 10:30 and it’s almost 12pm, and she is not here yet. There are atleast 5 patients waiting and she does not value time . A doctor who cannot value time, how will she value her patients
I have booked appointment for myself and visited the clinic. Doctor was well and good. Check up has done and after that treatment had provided. All things was good and I would like to recommend this doctor for others also.
