Dr. Shagun

I had a lingering pain on my right side of the mouth for 3-4 days until it became unbearable and thus, decided to visit a dentist.

I rarely visit a dentist and therefore entered the dental clinic with some trepidation.

However, my fears were put to rest by Dr. Shagun's friendliness and professionalism and told me not to worry. Upon examination, it was discovered that I needed an RCT.

This being my first time and ignorant about the procedure, my amygdala kicked in. The tension on my face prompted the doctor to suggest whether I wished to listen to music to which I said yes and it helped me ward off my mind from thinking about the various tools that were being used and the ambient music calmed me. Rest of the procedure that day went smoothly and later I did not experience any pain once the painkillers wore off.

I was told to come for 3 more sittings which were short in duration and in the last sitting I had a crown placed over my tooth.

All in all, I had a wonderful experience and in future if I have any dental issues, I know whom to visit ^_^

Dr Shagun is a highly competent and efficient expert. She has a very appealing and pleasant demeanour. She spends time to clear all queries and also voluntarily advises on general oral health issues, besides what you ask.

She did a wonderful job with my teeth and I highly recommend her for those looking for hygiene professionalism and perfection in limited budget.

I was apprehensive the first day as I have a very low pain threshold. However Doctor Shagun made me feel at ease with her confident and friendly attitude. After I mentioned about a slight pain/discomfort she gave me a little more anaesthesia and it was a breeze after that.

Very good overall experience. Would highly recommend.
