*** ** ** *** *** **** ****** **** ** **** ********* ** **** ****** ******** ********** She cares for her patients, provides adequate time to diagnose the causes, advocates tests that are necessary, and prescribes medicines that are mandatory. I had consulted her for myself, my wife, and my parents. All of us get half cured just by talking to her. So far none of her diagnostics/medication has gone wrong. She truly is amazing.
Visited For Treadmill Test - TMT
Consulted her for a check up of test reports from preventive health check up for my mother. She patiently read all the reports, enquired on the symptoms and explained every point and patiently answered for the doubts asked by me. The hospital was so crowded so had lot of waiting time, but was worth it to meet this doctor.
Hoped for better: Value for moneyWait time
would like to share my feedback regarding the full body check-up that my husband and I underwent a few days ago.
After completing all the required sample collections, we were asked to wait for 15–20 minutes before breakfast. However, no post-consultation appointment was scheduled for us at that time, and we were informed that we would receive a call from the hospital.
We waited for 2–3 days but did not receive any communication. We then called Lakshmi ************* who asked us to come in at 2:00 PM on 14th. We arrived slightly earlier, but after waiting for around 2 hours and being redirected between multiple towers, we were informed that Seema Dhir would not be conducting the consultation and that someone from her team would see us instead.
Despite the long wait, our turn still did not come, and we eventually had to leave at 3:30 PM ******* *** ************.****** ******** **** **** ************ *** *********** ******* *********** **************
I hope appropriate steps are taken to improve the process and patient experience.
