Dr. S K Rajan

My mother- Annapurna Jha, 67 years, unable to walk even five steps before operation. I met Dr S K Rajan at Artemis, he explained me the problem that my mother had been facing. He told me that surgery is the solution (lumbar canal). Dr Rajan also gave my mother confidence, initially she was hesitant for the surgery. In the last week of December 2019, Dr Rajan led the team of doctors to conduct seven hours long surgery. Five months after the surgery, my mother feels no pain in his back. She has started walking with the help of walker. This week Dr Rajan saw my mother’s video (we couldn’t go to hospital because of lockdown due to Corona). My mother’s progress has pleased Dr. Rajan. Our family members are also pleased with the consultancy of the doctors and not to forget Artemis Hospital effort. There is an old saying ‘Doctors Are second to God on this Earth, it is now proved in my mother’s case. We want to commend you for your good work, and we wish you success in your future endeavours.

I would like to speak highly for Dr SK Rajan, I have not enough words to show my gratitude towards him. My mother had L5-S1 Listhesis Grade-4 for 5 years. We consulted with many Surgeons in Gurgaon but my mom never satisfied. Later I came to know about Dr. SK Rajan Sir, and he recommended about the TILF surgery (Lumbar decompression and fusion). We were not in favour of having spine surgery (like most of us). But the way Dr. talked to us and shared the details about the surgery, it gave us the immense confidence for taking such big decision. Once we give it go, Dr. Rajan did the miracle by doing the surgery. Now my mom is fine happy as ever, walking and living her normal life.
