Dr. Rohit Garg

I was requested to share my worries for which I visited clinic to the assi. Doc. That is the practice all over, I was aware but since I had tried detailed, healthy, rich counselling by Dr. Shirisha Sathe from Pune, she kept me alive these years! Very good friend of mine.

On the background of this I requested to talk to Dr. Rohit directly, efforts was done to convince me just for a while and then I enter his room, very warm smile, such confident look and the assurance in it that no matter what and how your suffering, I am with you! To make you feel better! And the best!

So much of medicine around I was hesitated, I never wanted to take alopathy medicine, thus I have survive on homeopathy.

After listening me for long three hours ( since I come from pune first time) there was break to see other patients in between, he carefully asked for my timings my mode of returned back since it took late night time to reach to end of the solution for my problem. He managed my way back, to drop me safely at my place, such caring, genuine, gentle man! Very rare to see as Dr. ;) you know what I mean to say! Dr. Is the most rude possible creature I have seen and if its neurological problem then your gone!

I myself got convinced to have some tablets for three months then one tab till a year and mostly I will be tablet free after that.

As I got loaded with tablets I was ready to go for war by looking at him but so scared in heart, I was getting his assurance constantly that please go ahead I am with you in this journey and you will be great after this not worst at all! I was sharing opposite side effects of the tab. And he was assuring cure!

Dear friends whoever reading this, please total surrender to him your in safe hand! Allow him to give treatment to you, you will be better day by day and cured one day, at least stable the level of your best possible recovery!

I am experiencing the change in me, it feels great to know about your own brain and the chemical lochs ;) in it. Dr. Rohit saved my life, I was in such turboil of pain and trapped in sadness due to scarcity of the chemical serotonin in my brain! Which I would have never known and lost my fullest energy. I had tried counseling, best books, best meditation, best diet, best company, best exercises, best entertainment, best love and care, nothing was working on I was miserable and tried of fighting with constant crying and deep sadness.

Friends he has the healing capacity, he dose charity work too, he is not behind money he has mission which his father initiated to carry forward his pretty ( brain with beauty) wife also on same path. I am so hounered to be treated by such great family. Much love to this leagucy. I will be part of this effort to make peoples lives better, whenever I will get my sound soul back. As Dr. Rohit does! Most of the time Skip lunch to give patients priority :)

I consulted Dr.Garg for my Mumma in November 2014 for the first time. She was in a very miserable condition then and it was worsening everyday. Based out of Kolkata, we had consulted 3 good doctors here in 7 months, but she wasn't showing any signs of improvement.. wasn't responding to the medicines and it was getting very difficult. We did not know where to go next and were really tensed and helpless.

I, then heard of Dr.Rohit from a relative in Delhi who provided me with his number and insisted on consulting him. I spoke to doctor over phone for the first time and told him everything about mumma's condition. He asked, heard everything very patiently in details, her last medication etc.giving me enough time. We started with his treatment, and he would ask me to report every 2 days. A month later I could find positive changes in mumma's health. She was starting to get better. Dr.Garg's diagnosis and understanding of her ailment was so quick and sharp, that in the midst of such hopelessness, I could see that ray of hope again. In the next 4 months, there were drastic improvements in her health and I could see her getting back to normal. Dr.Garg is an extremely good doctor who treats his patients like they are his family. Despite his busy schedule, he never fails to get back to his patients. You can always whatsapp him or drop a text and he reverts back at the earliest. In today's times, when this profession has become more like a business, he is one of those very few doctors who aint greedy at all and is really concerned about his patients and their well-being, who serves his patients selflessly beyond everything with the prime motive to cure them.

He connects with his patients and is so polite and friendly . A wonderful human , besides being a very good and professional doctor. His approach towards treating the illness is very sensitive and his diagnosis pretty sharp and brilliant.

Half the time, most of us fail to even understand or accept when we see someone in the family or someone close suffering from a mental illness, not everyone understands this and then we begin to treat them differently, we lash out and misbehave with them and we don't realise it is they who need utmost love and care. Dr.Garg explained and made me understand things so well.

When I see my mum healing, when I see her smile again today, there's no joy greater than that and I owe a lot to Dr.Garg for this.

We're so so grateful and so blessed to have come across him. God bless him always !

Dr. Rohit Sir is not only one of the finest psychiatrist but also the nicest. I interned under his guidance for a month and I learned so much about about psychiatric disorders and how to help people and genuinely care for them.

Sir is so positive and full of love and compassion for all. He listens very patiently to everyone and gives genuine advice in all spheres of life. Infact Sir even shares his personal mobile number with each and everyone and allow them to contact him anytime through whatsapp. He does so much charity work and treats so many patients on a daily basis absolutely free of cost! At The mind tree, a patient is seen as a person to provide a lending hand to and not as a source of income. The team is highly skilled and experienced and makes no compromises in healing a soul.

I would strongly recommend Dr. Rohit for any psychiatric or psychological issues..One can't find a better psychiatrist than him, **** ********** *** **** ** **** ** ******.Visit him once and you'll never regret.

I Ws being different.it Ws too exhausting sometimes.there was some kind of sadness which made me feel bad.My mind kept saying to me that may be its just a phase that is going to pass.that is when a relative of mine encouraged me to seek professional help.She caught my symptoms and fixed up an appointment with Dr.Rohit.I Ws diagnosed with GAD.he gave me information abt my condition.Knowledge helps in overcoming fear.He came across as a wonderful human being.he invoked in me the courage n strength which I had lost.He was kind and gracious to hear n answer my queries.I am sure I must have annoyed him with my questions but he very patiently cleared all my doubts.he is a blessed soul n I'm thankful to my stars that I met him.Silent work speaks louder.I respect him for the work he is doing,touching so many lives.he appears to be so certain,so clear.I still believe there is hope.Hope is such a wonderful word.dreams are such lovely anchors.Tomorrow shall not be just another day.So till then just hang on to the Rope of Hope:))

I had my appointment visit with Dr. Rohit Garg last week. I was a little apprehensive but found myself completely at ease few seconds after sitting down with him. Even in the times I was finding it difficult to articulate what I have been going through, he was able to understand, rephrase and repeat back to me in order to ensure he got where I was coming from. I felt like l had been seeing him for years on my first visit. He understood and could get to the core of what I was going through. He was a great listener and gave me understanding of my disorder.

He was very professional, kind, informative and compassionate. He discussed several treatment options with me, made recommendations, and thoroughly addressed all my questions. He actually seems to care about his patients. He is a superb psychiatrist, not just a prescription-writing machine. He helped me through the darkest times in life when I was hopeless. I am looking forward to sitting down with him again in a few weeks and would HIGHLY RECOMMEND that if you are considering seeing a doctor with a real world perspective on medication than surely you give him a call.

It was long pending to write this from mine end. I got to know about Dr. Rohit first time in 2017 and I consulted him for my brother who is dealing with a prolonged psychiatric issue. When we consulted Dr Rohit, my brother was really in a bad state. Had Dr Rohit not given required treatment to my brother, it would have been very difficult for me and my parents to deal with the situation because of my brother's health at that point of time. I had taken my brother to various doctors/clinics/hospitals earlier but everyone always worked on just subsiding the behavioural issues through medicine but it was the first time I saw a Psychiatrist with his entire team mainly focused on getting on to the root cause of the issue and sort that out instead of just subsiding such patient's behavioural issues.

Giving medicine to my brother was a nightmare for my mother but with the help of Dr Rohit, my brother has reached to a state where he understands and accept his problem and takes the medicine on his own. I am hopeful with his help I will see my brother starts going out & engaging well with the outer world soon. Time to time follow-up with Dr Rohit is certainly helping my brother and our family to stay peacefully because if one person in the family gets mentally/physically ill, the entire family suffers!

Heartfelt gratitude for Dr Rohit for always being helpful and listen to his patients patiently which is certainly not an easy job with so many patients in line seeking his help. I highly recommend people to seek his help with any kind of psychiatric or psychologic issues, someone who needs to be heard out & treated by an expert.

Love the fact that he doesnt hesitate in keeping in constant touch via whatsapp and keeping a check on how the patients are doing. The pathologists working with him are really amazing too.

He has helped two of my closest friends through their most difficult phases . Although, I have paid just one visit to him it was a very reassuring one. Thanks doc and Shreya for listening to me and urging me to fight negativity.:)

Dr Rohit Garg is a very experienced and a knowledgeable doctor in his field.

He has really helped me in getting back to my feet with proper therapy, the right medication and supportive counseling.

Dr Garg is also a very patient person and takes time in listening to your needs. I live in the US and still consult him on a regular basis. Dr Garg is still my primary psychiatrist with whom I consult and reach out to. He takes special care for each of his patients.

His staff is also very helpful and responsive. His south Delhi facility and clinic is very modern, clean and organized.

I found Dr. Rohit on Practo. In the first meeting itself, I was given enough time to express and share all that was bothering me. I have had severe panic attacks which scares me the most but once I am inside the clinic for my session, I come out with solutions to my major problems. He understands every bit of a patient and is available for them whenever needed. That's the kind of support one needs during their Depression days. It's been a month and I have seen such a positive change in me. I will keep sharing my journey with Dr. Rohit as I feel mental health needs a lot of attention as many people dont understand it these days. Medicines, sessions, therapies, I really know the importance as I am a part of this now. Dr. Rohit made me believe in all this and how it can help me in future. Let me put it this way, I am a survivor and Doctor Garg helped me survive.

I was on the verge of breaking down, completely hopeless and that is when Doctor Garg held my hand and got me across the immense sea of turmoil i was facing. After being diagnosed with OCD, I wasn't quite sure of how will I emerge out of this problem. Thankfully, with the support and guidance of Garg Psychiatry, my family and friends, I stand today as a strong individual.

Doctor Garg taught me to be optimistic and deal with all problems with a lot of inner strength, peace and mental stability.

I still consult him without even thinking twice whenever I have any issues.

I hope people are more sensitive towards mental health and support this cause for the welfare of humanity.
