Highly unprofessional, even after confirmed appointment doctor left without informing. I travelled 15 kms to know that doctor had already left even though I reached 15 mins before time.

Total conversation with the clinic staff was a message at 4:26 stating can you come at 4:50 to which was replied to within 5 mins that i would try to reach at the earliest but it may be 5 by the time i reach as I was coming from far. Got no response, after reaching hospital hospital staff without any botheration just said doctor has left .
