I recently underwent a root canal treatment at Royal Dental Clinic at Gurgaon Sec 46.My experience was very good.As I walked in I was greeted by pleasant and helpful staff in a hygienic and clean environment. Both Dr Kunal Agnihotri and Dr Ridhi Agnihotri, were incredibly friendly and caring. They provided clear explanations of what to expect before, during, and after the procedure, which helped alleviate any anxiety I had. The billing was transparent, which I greatly appreciated. I could also reach out to them anytime I had any concern.Overall, my experience at Royal Dental Clinic was very pleasant and I wholeheartedly endorse them to anyone seeking dental care.

Dr. Ridhi is very accommodating in terms of being ready to shift the appointment to any time when you are comfortable. She is also not afraid of spending some extra time on your treatment to ensure it works out perfectly for you, an example as small as one in which I was required to bite a sheet of wax and it took me at least 20 - 25 tries to do the same but Dr. Ridhi did not lose patience and in fact helped me get less conscious about the number of tries it was taking me to do something so easy. It was also very helpful to see how human she was in terms of being very upfront about how painful a procedure might have the potential to turn out to be. My seating was to be really long and yet Dr. Ridhi made sure she gave me the required amount of breaks seeing how uncomfortable I might get keeping my mouth open for long durations. Overall an absolutely delightful experience, so much so that I would be going back to Royal Dental for all my future treatments as well.

I've visited numerous dentists over the past 15 years to address multiple dental issues, but I must say that Dr. Ridhi and Dr. Kunal stand out as the best in my experience. I sought their expertise for a re-root canal, and I was thoroughly impressed with their approach. What truly set them apart was how they divided the entire procedure into multiple sessions, which significantly reduced the burden and pain compared to completing it in just one or two sessions. They both Dr Kunal and Dr Riddhi are wonderful human being . The treatment which was undertaken by Dr Kunal Agnihotri and was truly painless. No (R) No pain during the treatment and even now after 15 hours absolutely the is no pain. God bless both the doctors.
