My Father was already 3 days into dengue fever and comes from a village background living in a tier-2 city. We took his appointment because CK BIRLA is a big name and gives the impression of a very sophisticated hospital in Gurgaon.
While entering his cabin and sitting on the examination stool my father coughed Once! Only Once!.
This doctor immediately started scolding my father *** ******* ****** ****** ** ***** *** ***** *** ****** *** **** ***** **** *** ** ******* As per his assumption, he thinks he is spreading awareness, to which our family and my father listen patiently because whatever a doctor says should be considered the final word because a doctor knows much more than us. After asking some questions about my father’s situation, he again started repeating the same thing about people looking at platelet count and drinking goat milk. ******* ******* *** *********** *** **** *** ** *** ******** ***** ******** ***** *** **** ***** ** ******* **** ****** ******** ** ** ** ******* **** * ***** ********** ** *** **** ********* ** ****** *** **** **** ** ******* ***** **** ** *** ****** While we were trying to hold our father, he asked us to raise his leg and make him lie on the floor. After waiting for more than 30 mins after the appointment time the doctor didn't even take 5 minutes for overall check up and prescription. he didn't tell the diagnosis as well. ** ***** ** **** ****** ** ***** * *** * ********* ******** **** *** *** ***** ********** ** ***** ********* ***** he prescribed antibiotics which are available at home. And ofcourse the medicines didn't work. after 2 days I took second opinion *** ***** **** * *** ***** *********** ********* *** *** ********** ****** ************ *** ****** ** ********* ** ***** *** ********* ******* ********* ***** * **** **** * ***** ** *** ****** ****** * ******** I feel the doctors should spend some time talking and checking the patient and explain them what could be the reason. Neither treatment nor the clarity of what has happened to me was provided during the visit.

I tried telling him my problem but he started smirking and yelling at me.
