It took me 4 visits to doctor as the problem was very old but at the end the problem was solved and that also with really really minimal amount of pain and at reasonable cost. Although, it seemed like a minor problem at first, the doctor investigated the root cause and explained the problem with patience. He even took re-runs to ensure that the cap was not fixed high or low. He took extra effort to ensure that it fit perfectly although it cost him more material, effort and time.
