The doctor recommended a Widal test and a malaria test for my viral fever. However, despite making the payment, the tests were not conducted. I only received a refund after following up, and the staff did not inform me about this beforehand. Additionally, the supporting staff were unable to collect the blood samples ** **** ******** ****** * **** ** **** *** *******
