***** ******** *** ****************. It was my fourth parotidectomy(last three being from other hospitals). Before coming to Dr Rajeev Puri, * *** ******** ** *** ****** ** ******* ***** ********** ********** ** ******* *** ***** my facial nerve will definitely get damaged as I have already undergone three times parotidectomy and it was my fourth parotidectomy. I was totally demoralized and broken from inside. Then, I visited Dr. Rajeev Puri and he was so friendly that I felt like in the safe hands. He with his magical hands not only removed my huge tumor (around 15 cm) but also saved my facial nerve. Hats off to this Gem Personality and my life saver. Highly recommended.

I have OSMF from several years & went to him for check up as I was having irritation in my neck & lower jaw area & told him the same, he just gave a quick look & precribed few medicines, I kept on saying why I am having this irritation but he didnt care & told that there is nothing, you are getting worried unnecessarily there is nothing, I left to home with these words. By the evening I saw some redness & felt some pain in my lower jaw area inside my mouth, I took the medicine, *** *** ***** ********** ***** ****** ***** ***** ** ** ****** ** *** ******** so next morning I took the appointment & went to see doctor & explained the issue, but for some reason he got furious & behaved he was trying to tolerate me & after giving a look he said "baar ungli dene se kuch nahi hoga, the condition will remain as it is" if the doctor said there is no issue then there is no issue. He behaved as he was doing any favour to me. My only point is that I revisited him because I had some problem, nobody would ever want to see any doctor unless there is problem. If somebody is paying 1500 rs, then he/she expecting at least a ******* ************* ** *** ******** * professional behaviour, problem resolution is an another expect.
