I Stay in London UK . We have been married for almost 7 year and wife is having major endiometric cyst . Dr. Rachita and her entire team along with Dr. Shivika are very invested emotionally in each case. The entire vibe at the clinic is very different compared to the hospital above. I was very nervous but was clearly instructed and beautifully comforted each step along the way. I have to mention this though Dr. Rachita is so dexterous , I mean the procedures are so invasive as it is but she has magic hands you do not feel a thing. She’s always cheerful and available for any questions one may have, her presence is just so calming. The wait time and waiting room management needs to be managed better but everything else more than made up for it. There have been times when the waiting room is full with multiple procedures and walk ins going on at the same time with just 1 or two doctors to look after each case. If it was just more organised is the only thing I’d say.
