My overall experience with Dr. Pulkit Agarwal was good. He clearly explained my problem related to the lymph node in my neck, and the clinic experience was smooth with good staff and waiting time. I would rate the consultation a 4 out of 5.

I felt that my concerns were not listened to properly and that the consultation was rushed *** ****** ******** ************ The communication was not reassuring, and I did not feel that I received the level of attention and professionalism I expected from a healthcare provider. I hope the doctor takes patient concerns more seriously and improves communication and overall patient care in the future.
