I have had great experience in every visit. The care and attention given by Dr. Preety and her team is exceptional. They listen patiently and provide practical solutions, not just clinic advice. I had my first delivery with her and now here for my second. Looking forward to having a safe and healthy delivery under her supervision and care.

I could get pregnant all over again just to be under Dr. Aggarwal's care! I think this should summarise my trust, respect and admiration for this fantastic un assuming, superbly experienced lady. I came to her in my 7 month on a dear friend's recommendation and can't thank him enough. She is so glued in with very patient, she understands the anxiety of would be moms inspite of having met god knows how many thousands of them by now, may be more. She responds on messages for any queries. Is always available for an emergency call that you make. I had a false alarm on the day next to Diwali and we called her. She advised us go to the emergency if cloud nine. By the time we reached there, the doctor on duty and the nurse knew about my case and after the required scan she called dr preety for further directions and then only was I allowed to leave. On one instance, I was nearing 38 weeks and she had asked her to get some report which was to come during the day. We forget to call her with the details and thought would call the next day, to our sheer surprise, she called my husband at 10 in the night and said you were suppose to share the reports, what happened? We were totally bowled over that day. I has a c sec and she patiently waited and encouraged me for a normal delivery till the last week. And then she told me honestly that it seems we will have to do a c sec. I don't want to induce you and then do a c sec so am being honest with you so that you can take a informed decision. During the surgery too she was very comforting. Every time I cross cloud nine or go to cloud nine to show my baby, my eyes keep looking for her. It amazes me, till day she remembers my name and always had such a warm smile when I greet her. Phenomenal human being and an extra ordinary doctor in this money minting field...

Doctor was very calm and welcoming in nature. In between she had to go in an emergency for delivery.

So in the meantime we were attended by another doctor. After covering everything doctor said you can leave if you want. So we left. But Dr pretty Agarwal called us again to satisfy us and check every report and guide accordingly.

Dr. Preety Aggarwal, I wish we had more doctors like her in India. I was consulting a different doctor till 5th month of my pregnancy but then I changed over to Dr. Preety, I am immensely thankful to the people who referred us to her. The first meeting with Dr. Preety gave me so much confidence that my outlook towards pregnancy changed for good. Very bad experience. **** **** **** **************** *** *********** ** ********** *******. Here is my experience of dec 2020 for the delivery of my wife baby boy

Day 1 of operation

Few male doctors were present in operation theater...very less female staff as per my wife. Main Doctor even dont care for you and after birth doesnt even smile or congratulation. **** ****** ****** ******** ** **** ************* **** ** * ******* *** ****. Here are few key points you want to consider

1. after operation no doctor came to visit my wife or my kix whole day. My wife was in unbearable pain and even after repeated request no doctor came..just pain killer was given by sister

2. Nursing staff was sleeping in night...first hospital where i saw main nursjng station lights switched off

3. Nurse doesnt came for feeding and have to remind multiple times...my new born was without feed for more than 4 to 5 hours everytime after feed.

4. Room given to me had 4 to 5 used tea cups and floor was also sticky...in this covid times they charged 3k extra and level of hygiene was completely missing

5. My wife was thirsty as she had not sipped water from more than 12 houra. and i have to go remind sister head to comeand give water as they were not even tracking time when patient can drink water after operation

Day 2

There was hair in my wife food

The shield used ro fred baby was not cleaned and sterilized by sister..had milk stains so risky for newly born on day1

Day3

Insurance didn't submitted documents on time and have to literally stand on their head ro get work done

Main doctor showed up only once in these 4 days at the hospital.

After discharge

Yhey will call you daily..which is really not needed and doctor dont even give medicine name for emergency use even after asking. They want you to show up even in this covid era and dont write solution to what you ask as questions

Guys look for better care hospitals where your wife can get better care and experience.

It is my first pregnancy and my preference was cloud nine as my sister-in-law went on cloud nine for her first pregnancy in banglore so everyone suggested me to go cloudnine. So I keep searching about good doctor there. By Practo reviews and ratings I landed with Mrs. Preety Aggarwal. I read she very patiently heard each problems and give advice according to them. On my first visit, I was excited to meet her as I am going to heard I am pregnant. But Instead of her Dr. Richa was there for us and we were told that she is busy in OT. We understand may be we came wrong day and time. Dr. Richa well attended us. On later Appointment we got to meet with Dr. Preety Aggarwal. I showed her my report she saw and treat us like we go some normal treatment. Me & my husband was not satisfied by her treatment and way of dealing us. She came for just 5 mins from another cabin of her where already she was talking to the patient. and she is in rush to go to that room. After few days, I had gastric pain so I call her assistant simmi, She said Dr. is here and you can come and visit her. I said I cant wait for so long because I was in office and pain was unbearable for which she said you can come we make your appointment in priority. I managed to come somehow with so much pain but they want me to wait for almost 2 hrs with all that pain. Then after so much wait I got to meet the Dr but I saw Dr. Richa there but according to her assistant Dr. preety is in cabin. Then after that we decided to not to go that hospital ***** **** **** ***** ** **** ** *** ****** ******** *** ****** ******* ****** ***** ***** ** ******** Now I dont trust Cloudenine any more ***** ***** ********* ** **** ***** *** ***** No responsibility and care for would be mother i taken there.

*** ** *** ******* i had a high risk and stressful pregnancy journey. it was only because i was under the care of Dr. Preety that i could sail through this period. though it was certain that i will deliver baby pre-term, she and the rest of the team in motherhood hospital ensured that my baby is delivered absolutely alright. her presence and every single chat with her would give me the confidence to keep going and stay strong during the most difficult period of my life. she has played the role of a god in my and my child's life.

We were under Dr Preety Aggrawal care. This was our 2 nd baby. *** ***** **** ********* *** ***** After birth we come to know, Child had a heart disorder (TOF), ***** *** ***** ********* Once asked she said we can’t detect everything. Now I am in a Delian how my child’s life will be. Also during last visit as this was our 2nd child, we told her we will go for family planning, She neither asked nor did it during the delivery.**** ************ **** *** **** ********** ** **** ******* ** ********

I don’t have words when I begin to write about Dr. Preety. There is reason why she is such a busy doctor because she is extremely good. I was diagnosed with choleostatis early in my pregnancy and doctor I was consulting with earlier made it sound like there is no way forward without helping us with any problem solving. I changed my doctor to Dr. Preety around 5th month of my pregnancy and while she expressed concerns about my diagnosis, however provided us with enough support to be hopeful that we can tackle this. I Delivered my baby at 35 weeks successfully under Dr. Preety’s guidance.

One can imagine how grateful I was to the doctor that I blurted that I love you dr Preety in the OT when I heard my baby’s voice for the first time :)

She is a great problem solver and that’s what it takes to be an amazing doctor that she is !
